Movement Screening and Motion Capture |
|
|
 |
This
package brings together two powerful and effective applications
that will help you record, assess and evaluate movement within
many different sporting, clinical or educational environments…
digital motion capture and dynamic movement screening.
An overview of this package
This is one of our most exciting and innovative projects to
date. Physical Solutions and our partners in this project,
Sports Motion, both have a passion for understanding and
assessing human movement. Together we have developed a dynamic
movement screening and motion capture product, protocol and
course. Static muscle length, ROM and traditional physiological
movement examinations will always have their place in clinical
and performance assessment, however the assessment of true
function in motion and understanding the implications of this
dynamic form of assessment are the aims of this product. |

This is a
comprehensive package aimed at all fitness, coaching and rehab
professionals. It has strengths both as an educational package
and as essential "product" in order to implement both screening
and motion capture in to practice. As such it is also a valuable
CPD resource and any users will add a significant new tool to
their working practices..
All that is required is a standard mini-dv camcorder allied to a
computer/laptop and the user is ready to live capture, analyse
and archive.
We certainly believe it is the first resource of it's kind,
bringing Motion Capture and Movement Screening together in and
affordable and accessible package.
